Mohsin Ali

Executive Director & Founder

Co-Founder and Executive Director of IRPCR. MPhil in International Relations from the National Defence University, Islamabad, with extensive experience in climate resilience, renewable energy, and community-driven development. Currently also serving as M&E Officer at HANDS Welfare Foundation for SPHF Wash, previously District Project Manager for the CRSDP Project and Sindh Solar Energy Project at HANDS Welfare Foundation, leading climate-resilient settlement development and last-mile solar distribution across rural Sindh.

Andleeb Jhatial, PhD

Director Research & Chief Editor

PhD in Applied Economics from Quaid-i-Azam University Islamabad with over 16 years of experience in applied research, higher education, and policy analysis. Lecturer at International Islamic University Islamabad since 2010. Former Research Officer at the Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives. Specialises in green growth, carbon emissions, Green Total Factor Productivity (GTFP), and evidence-based policy making across BRICS, OECD, and South Asian economies.

Experienced content writer and researcher specialising in conflict management, climate security, and Asia-Pacific politics.
